Customization!

Marketing, Tech & More!

Want the programs recorded for use in your own future marketing? Need to have an anthology coordinated to feature your writers, gamers, and artists? Want to create a visitor's "passport" to encourage cross-promotion across your vendor hall? These are just a few of the additional services that Red has brought to other conventions!

Coordination!

Coordination of Participants and Communications:

  • Maintain an event spreadsheet for your program team

  • Reach out to and assign authors and other creatives to events before the convention, letting your team know when names are added so that the information can be proliferated on your program & apps.

  • Create marketing squares and QR codes for participating authors to share ahead of time.

  • Print weekend-long QR code for each participating author (who is in the vendor hall) to have at their display.

  • Carry the event information at my own  conventions throughout the year in order to help encourage attendance

  • Check in with your team and with participating authors via email beforehand and in-person on-site to prepare them as needed and (beforehand) to encourage manners of spreading the word.

Affordability

More off Your Plate; Less Out of Your Wallet

While some conventions require a travel stipend, Red is located in the north central United States and typically needs only:

1 - Mention on Guest or Pro Section of Convention Website

2 - Hotel Room (waived in some parts of Wisconsin)

3 - Table in Vendor Hall (as well as at least 50% of vendor-hall hours free to exhibit and sell)

4 - Guest and Exhibitor Badge (for ease of movement throughout convention)

5 - Additional Exhibitor Badge for Booth Helper

Red looks forward to bringing high energy, collaboration and positivity, just as she does with these other conventions where she leads or participates in quality writers track programming:
